CONCRETE FINISHING
GRIND, PATCH, PARGE
New Constuction
When formwork is removed from concrete that is intended to be left exposed, the surfaces can appear rough and uneven. Formwork anchors leave holes that need patching, and when concrete is poured, if it's not perfectly vibrated, air pockets can result in a condition called honeycombing. We remove imperfections with skilled grinding techniques and install a custom formula of cement, silica, and binder for a blended appearance.
CONCRETE REPAIR
Restoration
While concrete may be strong, it is still susceptible to deterioration. Freeze-thaw cycles and exposure to melting salt can cause serious issues such as corrosion and spalling. Hairline cracks can be routed and repaired before they become bigger problems. Balconies and parking decks can require extensive restoration. Keep protective coatings properly maintained to extend the life-cycle of your structure.
